I first got into sport and fitness as a boy growing up playing football. I was fortunate enough to play for a professional football club, Norwich City. Having played and worked with so many professionals, it was then that I realised I wanted a career in the fitness industry.
At 16 I joined Cambridge College where I studied sports and exercise science. After three years I walked away fully qualified in all of the below areas:
